As required by the condominium, before your arrival we will send a link for registering a photo ID and a selfie for each guest. After completing this registration, you will receive the entry instructions.
The common areas of the condominium (gym, pool, laundry, game room, and playground) can be used according to the building’s rules and availability.
The Auora Host team will assist you throughout your stay and is available through the messaging channels of the platform where you made your reservation, from 9 AM to 10 PM.
