Para garantir o conforto de todos e a boa convivência no edifício residencial, solicitamos atenção às regras abaixo:
Silêncio: É obrigatório respeitar o horário de silêncio entre 22h e 8h, conforme regulamentação do condomínio. Evite ruídos excessivos, festas ou música alta nesse período.
Descarte de lixo: O lixo deve ser descartado somente pelo elevador de serviço.
Capacidade máxima: A entrada de hóspedes além da capacidade estabelecida no anúncio é estritamente proibida.
Visitas não autorizadas: Todas as visitas devem ser informadas com antecedência e estão sujeitas a cobrança adicional. Visitas sem autorização prévia não serão permitidas. Caso ocorra sem nosso consentimento, será cobrada taxa de R$ 200,00 por diária.
Proibição de fumar e pets: É proibido fumar no interior da acomodação e nas áreas do condomínio, assim como levar animais de estimação. Em caso de descumprimento, será aplicada taxa de R$ 500,00 reais pelo descumprimento da regra.
Limpeza: A manutenção da limpeza é essencial. Caso o apartamento seja devolvido em condições excessivamente sujas, será cobrada taxa extra de faxina.
Toalhas: É proibido utilizar toalhas da propriedade para remoção de maquiagem. Em caso de manchas, será cobrado o valor de R$ 50,00 por toalha danificada.
Documentação obrigatória: Conforme exigência do condomínio, será necessário o envio de documento de identidade com foto de todos os hóspedes antes do check-in.
Por motivo de segurança, será enviado um link da hospy para cadastrar o documento de cada hospede, justamente com sua selfie, esse link serve para ter acesso as informações necessárias da sua estadia.
Multas: Todas as multas aplicadas pelo condomínio durante o período da reserva serão cobradas do hóspede.
Wi-Fi: O apartamento oferece internet Wi-Fi sem custo adicional. Entretanto, por se tratar de serviço de terceiros (operadora), eventuais falhas ou instabilidades não geram reembolso ou desconto no valor da estadia.
Áreas comuns: O acesso à áreas comuns do condomínio, está sujeito a disponibilidade e regras internas do condomínio. Eventuais indisponibilidades, por motivo de manutenção ou decisão administrativa, não implicam em reembolso ou cancelamentos.
Objetos esquecidos: Não nos responsabilizamos por pertences deixados no apartamento. Caso perceba a ausência de algum item, entre em contato com nossa equipe.
